Refund Policy
Harry Luke Pty Ltd offers a Satisfaction Guarantee in the form of a money back guarantee on all items if the product's bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you or simply not doing what they are intended or supposed to do. We do require that the item purchased and made available for return is to be done so in its original condition with all packaging and receipts that originally accompanied the product.
All items must be in the original wrappings and not assembled or part assembled in any way. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected by an appointee of Harry Luke Pty Ltd. The returned item must be in our possession within 7 days from the date you received it. All costs regarding delivery will be at the buyers' expense. Therefore the refund will be given minus the total delivery and collection costs (yes, this does include the original delivery fee).

Customers must request an authorisation return prior to returning. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.
Refunds may be issued by way of credit note to the value of the refund. Where an item is found to be faulty, Harry Luke Pty Ltd will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.
Harry Luke Pty Ltd reserves the rights to make any changes to these terms and conditions without notice. Refunds or Exchanges (The Satisfaction Guarantee) will not be applicable to items that were custom or specially ordered for our clients. Special orders may include specifically ordered items not traditionally stocked by Harry Luke Pty Ltd, be it in style, color or item itself.

Shipping Details
Once ordered online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (providing we have been given your correct email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order shortly after it is placed.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the items we sell and agreements we have in place with our courier contractors, we are unable to delivery items to a PO Box. WE MUST HAVE A STREET ADDRESS TO DELIVER TO, without exception.
All deliveries are to your front door (street facing) and ground level only unless there is access to a lift. For heavy or bulky items you will need to assist the driver in unloading your item/s as the service is only a single man assigned service. Please advise us should you require any special delivery services, such as a second person so you can obtain a quote as additional charges will apply.
Please allow up to 10 working days for any deliveries within Australia, although in most cases delivery is substantially quicker with most completed within 1 to 3 working days. Tracking nubers will be provided, as requested.
Should an item be temporarily be out of stock, we will notify you to discuss.

We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in pricing and product information. In the unlikely event that such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
